售后服务

1、本公司所销售产品均为合格品;在销售产品时,均由各专卖店专业人员上门安装,避免产品功能缺失、表面缺陷或损伤。

2、本公司产品安装后,由专业人员现场向您示范和讲解产品使用方法及异常现象的简单处理方法和保养常识。 

3、如您在使用过程中出现问题而您无法把握时,请您与专卖店联系,由 专卖店派专业人员和您解决,请勿自行拆卸敲打。 

4、本公司产品设计寿命20年,提供终身维护服务。从出具销售票据之日 起计算保修期和“三包”保修期,在产品“三包”有效期内,用户可 凭保修卡和销售凭证享受三包服务。

5、如您在使用过程中因使用、搬运不当或自然磨损等其它因素而造成产 品部件不能使用,本公司将负责维修或更换处理,但需收取维修工本 费用或产品部件同等价值。

6、因自然灾害等不可抗力造成的产品损坏,不在免费保修范围。

2、After the installation of our company's products, professional staff will demonstrate and explain to you on-site the product usage methods, simple handling methods for abnormal phenomena, and maintenance common sense.

3、If you encounter problems during use that you cannot handle, please contact the exclusive store. The exclusive store will send professional personnel to solve the problem with you. Do not disassemble or knock the product by yourself.

4、Our company's products have a designed service life of 20 years and we provide lifelong maintenance services. The warranty period and "Three Guarantees" (guarantee of repair, replacement, and refund) period are calculated from the date of issuance of the sales receipt. Within the validity period of the product's "Three Guarantees", users can enjoy the "Three Guarantees" service with the warranty card and sales certificate.

5、If product parts become unusable due to improper use, improper handling, natural wear, or other such factors during your use, our company will be responsible for repair or replacement, but a maintenance labor fee or a fee equivalent to the value of the product parts will be charged.

6、Product damage caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events is not covered by the free warranty.
